Dr. Allison Urrutia was born in Ohio. As the eighth of twelve children, her interest in obstetrics began at a young age. She relocated to Austin upon completion of medical school at Northeastern Ohio Medical University. She completed her training in Obstectrics and Gynecology at University of Texas Southwestern in Austin in 2011. While in training, she began her family with the birth of her two children,  Emma and Oliver.  She is excited to remain in Austin to both grow her family and practice.

Dr Urrutia provides personalized obstetrical and gynecological care for patients of all ages. She is an advocate for preventative care for women throughout their lives, including annual well woman exams and women’s healthcare screening.  She is committed to building a trusting relationship through each office visit.

Dr. Urrutia’s obstetric practice includes expertise in both routine and high risk pregnancy care. Her gynecologic expertise includes preconceptual counseling, contraceptive management, infertility evaluation and treatment, treatment of abnormal pap smears, menstrual problems, menopause and hormone replacement therapy, pelvic organ prolapse, and urinary incontinence.

Dr. Urrutia’s practice interests include minimally invasive surgery. She is certified in DaVinci Robotic surgery and SILS (Single Incision Laporoscopic Surgery).

Dr. April Harris provides personalized obstetrical and gynecologic care for women of all ages. Dr. Harris advocates preventative care for women through all stages of their lives, including annual well woman exams and other screening tests. She is a women’s healthcare specialist and is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Kuhlmann

Dr. Kuhlmann

Dr. Terrence Kuhlmann provides state-of-the-art treatment in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Kuhlmann’s standard for every patient includes complete care with a careful assessment and the creation of an individual treatment plan. He is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and joined Gynics Associates in 1976.

Dr. Kuhlmann brings an ever-expanding knowledge of medical advances to his personalized care and evaluation of low and high risk pregnancies. Dr. Kuhlmann’s expertise in gynecological issues includes pelvic pain, endometriosis, abnormal bleeding, urinary incontinence, and menopause management, among other areas.

After completing his general medical education at the University of Texas in Galveston, Dr. Kuhlmann then received specialty training at the Wesley Medical Center, University of Kansas. He is highly active in the Texas Association of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and has a particular interest in legislation. In his free time, Dr. Kuhlmann loves hunting and playing golf.

Dr. Christopher Wilson feels fortunate to live and provide OB/GYN care in his home town of Austin, Texas. Not only does he deliver babies at St. David’s Medical Center, he was actually born there himself. His father was a professor of geology and paleontology at the University of Texas at Austin.

His clinical practice includes low and high risk obstetrics and various areas of gynecology including contraception, gynecologic surgery, menstrual disorders, menopause, sterilization, some aspects of infertility, and disorders of bladder and pelvic organ support.
